Delivery
ORDER CONFIRMATION
The order is considered valid once the payment has been accepted by Biën. Biën; reserves the right to refuse an order if the customer already has a dispute with Biën; or if Biën; believes that the customer poses a risk of payment default. Biën; also reserves the right to request additional information from its customer if deemed necessary, such as identification or proof of address. Without a response from the customer within 5 days following the order, the order and payment are canceled. Biën; undertakes to fulfill orders received, only within the limits of available stocks.
*Note to British customers: Due to the regulations in the United Kingdom, we cannot accept any orders below €135, so we will cancel any order below €135. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
PREPARATION
The preparation of items that are in stock can take up to 5 working days. The preparation time of pre-orders depends on the date of availability of each item.
CLICK & COLLECT
If the item is available in store, the product can be picked up any opened day after the order was placed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. The products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. They will assist you in processing the exchange. You are responsible for the return shipping costs of the original item.
