The lounge chair is designed with softness and comfort at its heart. The low seat of the lounge chair together with its soft, rounded upholstery and crafted timber details create a chair that is sophisticated yet friendly.

We endeavor to make the back legs as straight as possible. Because of the depth and soft, rounded design of the backrest, the seat contains pocket coils for a firmer feel. The cushion is made of both urethane foam and feathers for stability and comfort.

In regular chairs, the edge of cushions uses piping to hide fabric cuts and tacker staples that fasten the fabric to wooden parts. However, as there was a demand for backrests with hidden staples and no visible piping, we devised a new design for these chairs where piping could be concealed inside a groove hidden by the upholstery inside the wood. This design is used across the NF series.
